Copyright & trademark takedowns
Our policy is simple: we remove first, then discuss. If you tell us an asset infringes your rights, we take it down — normally within 24 to 72 hours — and only then work out whether it should come back. We are not going to argue with you about a free asset pack.
How our assets are produced
Every asset on this site is generated with AI image models and then layered and quality-checked by us. Before publishing, each pack passes three checks:
- Reverse image search — packs with high-similarity matches to existing work are discarded, not published.
- Trademark term blocklist — no game titles, company names, IP names, platform names or living-artist names appear in our prompts, pack names, file names or page copy.
- Font licence check — any embedded text uses fonts cleared for commercial use, and text is usually shipped as a separate layer specifically so it can be replaced.
These checks reduce risk; they cannot eliminate it. If something slipped through, we want to hear about it.
Reporting an asset
Email hello@freeui.net with:
- The URL of the pack page, and which specific asset file is at issue.
- A description of the work or mark you hold rights in, and a link to it if one exists.
- Your name and contact details.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
Items 4 and 5 are what a formal DMCA notice requires. If you are reporting a trademark rather than a copyright issue, just tell us the mark and where it appears — we will act on it either way.
Counter-notice
If your pack was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email the same address with the pack URL and why you believe the removal was in error.
Repeat infringement
All assets on this site are produced by us, so there are no third-party uploaders to suspend. If a pattern of complaints points at a particular prompt or style recipe, we retire that recipe rather than keep re-testing it.
